To Order

Every order will normally need the following information...

Sender - name, address and phone number

Credit card number - we accept Visa and Mastercard.
Card/message - What is the occasion for which you sending flowers? Do you have a special message for the card? What names should be signed?
Recipient name, address, phone number Delivery date.
Order What should be sent on your behalf… Color? Variety? Style? Cost? Chocolates? Plush animals? Balloons?

If you know all of the above you can fax or email (non-secure) your order to us.

However, we can serve you better if we can talk to you while taking your order. There are so many possible variables…have we run out of yellow roses until tomorrow? Favorite colors? LOCAL DELIVERIES

Delivery charge is $9.00 special delivery $18.00
We have four scheduled deliveries every day.
All orders must also pay GST of 5% & PST 5%

TOWNS NEARBY

We normally phone the recipient to pick-up at our shop. Courier service to neighbouring towns will range from $20.00 to $40.00. Bus express $25.00.

NORTH AMERICA (including Hawaii)

No service charges or fees of any kind. GST or HST is added in Canada. Your cost is the same as if you placed your order in the filling florists shop. US orders have no tax added but there is exchange between our currencies. Minimum order is $50.00…this includes the cost of flowers and delivery.

OVERSEAS

Service charge of $20.00 Variable minimums apply and the only tax is $1.40 GST on the service charge.

As noted elsewhere, you will always be served best by placing your order directly with the florist who will be filling your order for you. Second best is to talk to us and let us place the order for you. We do not recommend the use of non-florist order collectors. Since they are NOT professional florists they may not serve you at all well. Also, in nearly every case they will charge you significant ordering taking fees which you can avoid completely. You end up paying extra and get third rate service. More and more professional florists are refusing to fill orders for these non-florist order collectors.
